To Celebrate the Americans with Disabilities Act Anniversary & First-ever Disability Pride Day WHEN? Assemble at noon; march at 1 pm THEN WHAT? Rally 2-4 pm & Rock Out with Johnny Crescendo (til the cows come home or the cops come down)
